二、取得成绩的经验：

（一）、在课堂教学中

1、在课堂上，认真授课，运用实物教具、简笔画，情景教学、手势语言等方法来启发、教育学生。教学生做游戏、唱英语歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑，注重以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学方法，充分调动学生的学习积极性。

2、在批改作业方面。学生的作业总是按时及时地批改，并详细地做好批注，对普遍性错误，在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法，一一分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题，大大提高了教学质量。

三、不足之处：

3、在课堂教学中，对差生照顾较多，却忽视了优等生的感受。

4、对学困生的转化工作，只注重了教师的作用，却忽视了学生的作用，使转化效果不够明显。

5、教学过程中，课堂辅导较好，但没有抓紧课余时间的运用，使一部分学困生跟不上学习的进度。

四、弥补不足，提高教学质量的具体措施：

1、在教学过程中，采用情景教学法，让学生身临其境，积极主动地参与到课堂教学中去，调动学生的非智力因素，提高学生实际运用语言的能

一、教学方面

我刚刚开始在七年级接手这个班的时候，这个班的学生英语听、说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英语教学，同学们还不能完全适应。同时，学生比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中差生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，我在了解及分析学生实际情况的基础上，因材施教，强化备课效果，强化授课效果，强化教学引导，强化拓展练习，强化作业批改，做到精讲精练、全批全改、学生为主、教师为辅、师生合作、共同发展，取得良好效果。

我一直坚持听评课制度，坚持每周都听一节优质课，参加一次集体备课活动，参加一次讲评课活动。在活动中，我的收获很大，牢固掌握和学习了一些驾驭课堂的技巧和优秀教师的经验，从而更好的应用于课堂教学，教学成绩一直名列前茅。

1、制定班级奋斗目标及有实效性的班规，强化管理效果。现在的学生会受到来自不同方面的影响，所以对学生除了班规班纪等的约束外，关爱和适当的善意惩罚也很重要。对一些违反纪律同学适当做出惩罚，我的惩罚措施是：一、书面检讨，做深刻反省；二、罚为班里做件好事；三、期末学习成绩提高。知道内情的同学知道老师在实施惩罚，不知内情的同学则以为这些同学在为班里做好事，一则这些同学的自尊得到了最大限度的保护，二则在班里树立了正气，无形中学生的自我约束力加强，提高了班级凝聚力。
