Qualification / 资格

a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

1. Experience in concepts and design of closures (doors, hood, trunk lid / tailgate, fuel filler flap) including sheet metal parts and components

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

1. Bachelor - Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree in Automotive Engineering,

Technician or relevant education, training, and/or work experience

机械工程本科或汽车工程硕士学历，技术人员或具有相关教育，培训或者工作经验人员

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Closures parts and components development

至少3年开闭件工作经验

3. Skilled to use CAD systems such as CATIA V5 and/or UNIGRAPHICS

4. Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

1. Design of 3D models with CATIA V5 from the first concept to the final product according to functional, cost, quality and manufacturing requirements

根据部件的功能，成本，质量以及生产的要求，能运用CATIA V5从最初的概念到最终的产品进行3D模型设计

2. Preparation of documentation, such as material lists, 2D drawings, installation manuals, FMEA, etc. according to customer or EDAG’s standard

根据客户或爱达克的标准进行文件的编制，如材料清单，二维图纸，安装手册，FMEA

3. Support the project manager with presentations of technical concepts, issues and proposals for solutions

协助项目经理完成技术文件，解决问题，提出建议

4. All other tasks assigned by superior

上级分配的各项工作

1、负责车辆白车身、车身附件的设计与分析；

2、参与编制白车身及开闭件设计部分的设计任务书、产品技术条件；

3、负责完成白车身系统相关资料、生产工艺、装配工艺、紧固件选用等设计工作；

4、负责相关车身图纸发放和技术更改工作；

5、参加车身造型设计、开发及改进，参与新产品的外形效果设计和直观模型制造。

1、标杆车型的Benchmark；
2、能正确理解并贯彻主管工程师的指导意图与工作安排；
3、能独立完成或在主管工程师指导下完成所负责零件的主断面绘制及逆向/正向设计、2D图纸绘制；
4、能看懂SE、ECR反馈并正确修改数模；
5、能编制并检查白车身系统明细表、焊接明细表等报告；
6、配合其他部门工程师实施工作。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，机械或汽车工程等相关专业；
2、主机厂或设计公司一个整车设计项目的车身设计相关工作经验，了解玻璃大面的布置、铰链、限位器、玻璃升降器等附件的布置；；
3、熟悉冲焊涂总四大工艺；
4、熟练运用CATIA或UG等三维制图软件及office办公软件；
5、具备承压能力，良好的团队合作意识及沟通能力；
6、能够接受中长期项目出差（有出差补助）。
